Hi guys,

Sorry for the cross-posted link, but I don't have time this morning to create the whole post again, and I need info/advice ASAP....

Another, "What would you pay" thread - Rising Sun Member Forums

Please take a look at the link & let me know what you guys think it is worth? Norforce HJ47. Super cool becuase it was Norforce & also has all those cool Norforce extra-special touches & also a soft top. But I just don't know what I should offer (or even if I should for sure)....

I feel like the rising sun guys are offering good advice to just forget about it, but I really dig the norforce trucks, so I thought I would get some other opinions....

All opinions are weclome!
Thanks,
Abe

i've been down unda' for a couple of years (yes i dd a troopy) and always look to see what trucks are out there for sale, what the prices are...

that truck is a dog. i have seen a few ex-mod trucks for sale, better than that one and cheaper than 5k AUD.

they are rare, but they do come up from time to time. most are beaten.

i found a military troopy for sale in NQLD and ended up just getting the soft top and all the bits, because the truck was rooted!

i have also seen the place that makes the fiberglass bodies you were talking about, they are on the gold coast, and a full body is about 14k last time i checked, not cheap!

keep looking, you will find a better one. i have seen a few good ones for sale coming out of south australia.

hth's

Personally, i wouldn't buy it. I'd hold out for a better 45- as they do come up. This one is a basket case, RHD (not a fan of RHD), and will be a major burden for you. Get a cleaner canvas to start your artwork on, they are out there.

PS. To answer your question 2k tops. But I personally wouldn't buy it.
