I agree on having a bunch of bulbs on hand.
And new vents

I would wire in some power controlled USB-C ports for fast charging devices, phone, tablet, laptop etc

Definitely give the AC airbox/ mixer a go over. Clean out the cores, make sure air mixer door seals are good, and all servo valves are 100%

And upgrade the stereo situation. Upgrade speaker wire, delete the factory amp etc, replace in dash speakers.
