What viscosity oil is best in Hot weather (50-110 degrees F)?

When I look at the Euro Recomendations for Oil it says
20W-50 or 15W-40
vs
the USA 0W-20 Oil

I am thinking of switching to 5W-30, is anyone else running that in hot weather?

5W-30 seems to be the ticket:

I have been using 5W-30 in mine here in the high desert for the last several years where temps range from 10 - 115 DegF - no problems so far!

Many folks here are running 5w30 in diverse climates in the 3URFE 5.7. I run it in my Tundra from 35 degrees C to -40 C.

5W30 is good. You'll be fine.

Lots of posts on 5W-30, even a mega thread. I run it in my truck (So Cal)

Running 5W-30 here in South Florida. Just made the switch on my last oil change.

The master thread posted above is a great resource.
