Factory PTO??? Try a search for that.

So it is a PTO winch? Do you have the PTO on the t-case and the lever in the cab and the little drive shaft going to the winch.

The PTO and t-case are essentially the same for diesel and gas power trains.

I've done some searching and I don't think it is stock Toyota.
