What type of antenna mount is this?

What type of mount is this? Or is it a radio mount of some type at all?

Looks more like a power coupler than an antenna mount.

Looks like a mount on my boat for a pole nav light. That looks an old version, this is what they look like now.

If your Cruiser is a JDM expect to find miles of useless wire and components. The Japanese love their do-dads.
On my 77 Series we removed a 5 gallon bucket full of wires that no longer served a purpose.

This is an Aussie cruiser. Found out that this is a marine/boating power port. I still have some extra wires, but overall it's pretty clean.
