I had a problem with PORC when I ordered my locker. I paid for the 3 day shipping, only to receive it 9 days later with an overnight sticker on the package.
I called every day until I got the locker, and the guy kept giving me the same line that it was sent out and should be there. So I didn't get it in time for that fall colors run.

Unfortunate for them, they made another mistake on my order in my favor...
