I'm having trouble pin pointing which marks 4x4 adapter I need?

I have reached out to them and they have been hard for me to get ahold of being in a different country and very different time zone obviously.

I have a 1993 fzj80 4.5 inline 6 with the A442F trans. I believe that means I have the HF2AV t-case. My plan is to remove the 4.5 inline 6 and the A442F trans and replace with a 6.0 chevy engine and 6L90e transmission. I will be turning down the output shaft of the 6L90 trans to match the 6l80 size/spline count. But I still am not confident which adapter to get? I see the adapter kits on marks website that are for the 6L80 to HF2A t-case but there seem to be multiple options for that setup. One states its for a 6L80 to Landcruiser with the HF2A in the description (MFP1945-FJ) and the other states 6L80 to 80 series with 4 speed auto and in the description shows its still for a HF2A t-case but they actually looks totally different. Hoping someone here has experience with this in some sort of way.

Says right on the web page, one is for a 5 speed manual, and the other is for the 4 speed automatic. You want the latter since have a A442F.

I like how they include the frame mounts now. If you are going with the 6L90e like I did, you might think about shifting the engine forward about 1". Also, you might need to use a 1/2" spacer to move the PS steering box to make room, or shift the engine to the passenger about 1/2".

Actually, when I type in the part/kit # they gave me (MFP1945A) in the search bar it brings up 2 options. Both say 4 speed automatic. And both say they are for the HF2A, and they even look like completely different adapters.

When I type the p/n in I get two results also, MFP1945A and MFP1945A-FJ. The -FJ version being for an 80 with a 3FE which states that it includes weld on frame mounts.

Both adapters look and should be the same, just different orientations in the picture.

You might double check with advance adapters, they use to sell the marks stuff.

I agree, the -FJ version includes the frame mounts. Normally one would just cut and adjust the US passenger side.

I found that you want to move the engine forward if using a 6L90e. In which case, you might want the frame mounts.

The -FJ version does say:

It can also be used in the HZJ80, HDJ80 and FZJ80 models if requiring new chassis mounts, change in engine position or international markets

otherwise, it is meant for the FJ80, not the FZJ80, unless you want the frame mounts.
