The local 40 for sale has got me dreaming big again, along with the holidays and reading alot in the 40 forum lately.
Keep it to Cruisers, many of us would have other fun vehicles, but since this is mud.....
No rules except what you limit yourself to (I will keep mine somewhat reality based)
Some of you probably want Prados and 45 trucks, etc. but the traditional, stock looking 40 will get me every time.
For me, it's always been a daily driver that is pretty much stock.
1976-82 FJ40 Either blue or tan.
BFG 33s, steelies, cd player, MT family cage, AC, 2 inch OME, 5.7 vortec, 4 on the floor, disc on 4 corners, power steering, hard and soft tops. could probably do this for $30-$40k depending on donor vehicle and all the other factors.
Here is one Bobby did at The Cruiser Company (with DR who owns it) and one I found in the 40 forum.
I know alot of you have had multiple, awesome cruisers, but what is THE truck for you?
