What is the largest spare tire that can fit in the factory wheel well? I plan to up myself to 35's here next week, but am curious if I can shove a 35 in the spare tire area? I know sometimes deflating can help. Any help is appreciated.

The true diameter I'm looking at is 34.76, so it's very questionable that it will work sounds like.275/70/18s or “small” 33s without issue. Beyond that and it’s hit or miss - if the brand runs small or large, airing way down (and carrying a compressor).
No need to deflate, it should fit. I have 35x12.R18. Caveat is if you have the factory hitch receiver that has to go - it takes up space and will not allow the larger tire diameter spare. It’s also suggested to add cylinder spacers on the metal cross member to raise it for added departure clearance when wheeling. I have a half inch clearance from the rear panhard. What is the largest spare tire that can fit in the factory wheel well? That is great to hear! It appears you are running an aftermarket tow hitch mounted to the upper frame rail and cut it through the factory bumper? No need to deflate, it should fit. I have 35x12.R18. Yes. It’s bolted on the rear cross member frame. I initially had the cast iron version from Amazon but I had my local fabricator dead match copy it but with steel material and a thicker flange with reinforced wrap around tig weld. That is great to hear!
