What is missing from the window switch area which is loose?

pull passenger side switch and you will see what you need to do

I see the piece at the in the incide of it is broken, a clip which from the glue it appears that it was broken already and someone attached it.
I looked inside the door and it appeared that it didnt break and fall inside the door panel.

Is there a cheaper fix than buying the while window switch panel

or is there a way to make is tighter/stick so that it wont slide and move about

Not sure on a MacGyver fix, but You should only need the plastic piece that surrounds the window control switches, not the actual switch assembly

I think there may be someone that has 3D printed those parts, maybe look into the 3d printing threads for that.

I'm pretty sure that @BenCC has a 3d print for a replacement tab, or at least did. Check his thread.

Get a used one from someone parting out or Ebay or a yard.
