As someone who’s just been adopted by the Lexus/Land Cruiser cult (I mean… family) and who’s new to this awesome forum, thanks for having me!
Since my LX is currently more bare metal than bare minimum, I figured now’s the time to ask: if you had a blank canvas like this, what upgrades would you do while everything is apart?
It’s already got Apple CarPlay, so I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel there. I’d like to keep things as OEM as possible, but I’m all ears for those hidden gems or “while you’re in there” upgrades that make you think, “I’d be nuts and bolts not to do that.”
The seats are being reupholstered, the carpet is getting replaced tomorrow, and right now it’s basically a Lego set with a VIN.
