What do you call this type of antennae?

Just for the stereo, and it’s old school but mine is busted and I just would like to screw on a new mast/spring setup. Just a Phillips head screw let’s you adjust hold one on.
Isssue is I can’t find one for replacement or know exactly what they are called.

You might have luck at a truck stop or a car parts store. It looks like a generic good time radio antenna.
