Attached some handles to the roof rack, don’t judge me, I’m just buying $#!t but it brings me joy and happiness. Deep sigh—dog barks in the distance. Zona

Installed Firestone Ride-Right air bags on the Taco. I should've done this years ago!

I have had very soft Alcan springs on the Taco since about 10,000 miles. They are only rated to support 700 pounds, and I can verify that 7 sacks of (94 lbs) cement puts the bed on the bump stops and makes for an uncomfortable ride home from Home Depot.

Over the last 160,000 miles since I installed the Alcans they have worked great off-road with lots of flex, but have sagged quite a bit to the point that they are inverted on the driver side and barely flat on the passenger side.

The Firestone air bags fixed the sagging and will support more load than I ever want to carry in the Taco.

I also bought Daystar cups so I don't need to have the bottom of the air bags bolted down. This should help a lot when off roading.

Point of no return in the installation - sawzall off the bump stop!

Air bag installed and pumped up to 40 PSI gives me 1.5 inches of lift and puts the Alcan springs flat again

I should do this to the wife's Tundra, her low beams are becoming obnoxious.
Thinking of this route, or add-a-leaf's.

Add-a-leaf would no doubt be cheaper and easier.

Air bags are adjustable . . .

Still working on fitting the new to me LM7 into Rusty. Got the cold-ish air intake plumbed up, pretty happy all in all. The air box came out of a junk-yard 2015 GMC Savana van. The K&N conical filter fits in there perfectly!

I got it back after having my read main leak fixed and got help putting a 2" ironman 4x4 shocks and springs on (I'm new to wrenching), and then I washed it, painted the TRD rims and vinyl wrapped the ream sombrero emblem to match. Love it!

I just pulled out some "Low Voltage" Backyard Landscaping Light cable (the stuff you bury in the ground and light up your trees...) from the PO DIY wiring harness.
When in doubt, replace the wiring harness

Just hooked the battery up after rewiring everything, nervous but no smoke so far - bonus!
Also, love the sound of the relays kicking in when cycling through the IGN key position... geeking out.

The UPS guy has been delivering things left and right.
First I converted the lights from the huge glass slabs with RHD lenses to round LEDs
