all you really need to know is that its the worlds safest winch hookIn what way?
No need to have a winch to realize the Ultrahook functions and features! You actually cover all the main details... Also worth mentioning load/strength rates are ridiculous...all you really need to know is that its the worlds safest winch hook
plus it has a spring loaded snappy thing so the rope doesnt fall out
and it has rubbery doodads so it doesnt scratch the fairlead when its stowed
dont forget the hole in it, just in case the safety snapped hook wont work, you can put a shackle in it, thats some bootylitious bonus points.
but i think the most important part of it is that the instructions are printed right on the shackle so you'll never forget just what each part does
in all seriousness, i dont even have a winch so what do i know

I’m seriously considering this upgrade!! But only for drivers seat (I always ride solo)… Might look weird but I hope the Escape gear covers will hide it..Installed the second seat today.
Factory suspension bases with factory Toyota sliders but used custom brackets. (Thanks @sleepydad69)
The suspension bases don’t allow you much room to go lower if you use the Toyota sliders which is frustrating but I will get used to this set up I believe.

You have some nice seats already from what I have seen posted.I’m seriously considering this upgrade!! But only for drivers seat (I always ride solo)… Might look weird but I hope the Escape gear covers will hide it..![]()
Yeah they are certainly nice, can't attest for the comfiness on the long run... For now it's not a crucial upgrade, time will tellYou have some nice seats already from what I have seen posted.
FWIW I've heard lots of good comments on Sheel-Mann seatsMy 1986 70series seats need some improvement.... i like the fabric but the foam sucks
those scheel-mann seem pretty posh

Perhaps after years of sitting on vinyl bench seats my standards are very low but I actually thought the seats in my 77 Series were very comfortable and easily the best of any Cruiser I had owned. I would have to assume that the seats in a newer 76 Series would be just as good if not better.
Only time will tell... Stops along the way help in many ways... Grab a bite, WC, stretching, etc... Distances around here are not that long, this on regular roads... Offroading is a whole different scenario, a short distance can accrue for a longer period depending on the terrain and technical elements involved... Still stops can help!Hello,
Your seats look quite comfortable.
My seat standards may be quite low. However, I noticed that it is good practice to stop for a walk every three hours or so. If the stop involves a drink, it is much better.

Well... At some point it's not just creature comfort stuff but your actual back and health related issues that come along with that... And maybe good seats are cheaper than physio therapy... And prolong the enjoyment of riding such nice vehicles...The ZX seats in the HZJ77 (and also the ZX HZJ73) are really in a class of their own with the lumbar set up and other adjustments built into it and are very nice factory seats but I personally feel the scheel-manns are way better so far. Also, the ZX seats are way better than the factory seats that were in the previous two cruisers that I owned, the PZJ70 and the FJ73.
I drove around some this evening, including a grocery store trip with a passenger that has ridden in my HZJ77 many times. Both I and the passenger thought the scheel-man was way better feel. These new seats really does transform the truck riding experience. The grey color makes them look factory with the rest of the grey interior pieces.
All that being said, I know they are probably more than what most people want to spend.

I'm happy for your investment!!
BTW can you comment on sleepydad69 participation or involvement? If/when needed it should I reach to him? Thanks
