If you want to do it Dirty, use some old seat belts that you can unbuckle when you feel like puking.

You are freaking genius!

When you're talking about spring puke....I'm guessing you're loosing the spring off of the axle due to the amount of droop?? (braces for slap)

I found this a long time ago while looking at the FZJ40 that IPOR built.

Here's a pic for your reference.

Just a pretty neat idea....but zip-ties work too :)

Ya'll ready?

ready?

I collapsed the friggin' inner fender from continous Rock Bouncing!

Last weekend at FallForAll at GrayRock the dirty ho cut off after falling hard backwards on Bump n Grind. WOuldn't crank back up. opened the hood to reveal a completely broken intake hose. bookoo ductape and zipties got her going again. didn't fret it since there was a line behind me and it was working so kept wheeling.

looked today since we're wheeling MM this weekend... and my battery is sagging too... notice my whole intake is low.... so I walk around to the wheel well to see what I expect and shonuff, the inner fender is sitting atop the spring perch! it's dropped what? 3 or 4 inches?

SO now I think I'm gonna move the battery to behind the seat real quick. How can I hold it down? :banjos:

Are u running your stock steering or have u beefed it up? If so do u have any recommendations?

Lowe's/Home Depot
Some welding rod on the inside on the steering links and some angle iron welded to the outside... I suppose it'd be cheaper just to buy Slee/budbuilt/etc heavy walled links. but I'm true whitetrash.
I'vew always planned on doing hydro assist. And now I'm doing as little as possible because I wanna build something else in a year or two.

Thanks.
Build something else? Non 80? What did you have in mind?

LOLOLOLOLOL I needed a good laugh!

 She knows she's my dirty girl. When others friends girls leave stranded and standing on the wall looking like poindexter, I look at'em and point to Lorena and say "she'll ride'ya"...

Lorena rides toothankles all the way up Primos:

it is an FOR but not to be confused by brand... I have the bottom of the springs captured and the tops are not, because i flex'em beyond the spring height. So the top go caught up in the bumpstop bracket (I believe) and when I came down from astronomical flex, the spring bowed beyond belief. That's what my spotter said. The result was a snap. My ride style may or may not have helped the fatigue them too.
