Weld Quality for MagnaFlow Catalytic Converter…

Is this normal welding for a MagnaFlow Catalytic Converter 447103? I am not a welding expert, but in my extremely novice experience it looks like the wrong shielding gas or no gas was used during the welding?

Or is this something I should be worried about…

Pretty sad that they send crap like that out.
What happened to pride in workmanship?

The one I would be most concerned about is the weld around your O2 sensor. The angle of the photo it looks like there is a complete lack of penetration and a sharp edge. Looks like they ran a single pass using MIG and didn't complete the weld. Over time due to temp and stress, it may crack or open up causing an exhaust leak.
