Ryan won't be using his for a while. When we go get it, just take them off and use them. Ryan will probably mount a gun rack back there anyway and won't need some doors.

hello everyone, My name is Ryan Poisso, I'm a good friend of Marty Cannon. He talked me into signing up on this website. I am in the process of trying to find an old Cruiser to fix up, and will need help when the time comes. I live in West Monroe, but work in Lafayette often. Would like to meet some of you when I come in town to talk about Cruisers.
Not so fast Marty, I'm not that Redneck.
The real good news of the day was hearing from Rick in New Orleans. I sent him a long email with the ways to get in touch with us. I'll give him a call tomorrow to introduce myself. Here is his email I received this afternoon. If you see this Rick welcome to you and your group. I hope to chat with you more and look forward to meeting up with you soon. I'd even arrange a group trip to NO to visit Ricardo Febry and your group.

Hi Larry, my name is Rick Dietz and I live in New Orleans. We had a small club that was just starting to take off right before Katrina. I would love to make it to the meeting but my FJ40 is not an interstate driver. Please add me to your list. I will spread the word about the BSLCA down here and hopefully we can get some more members. I have never heard of this club. How long has it been around? Atttached is a pic from the last meeting we had here.

Thanks everyone for the nice welcome. I recognize some of the names on here, probably people I've pestered over the years to try to get a club going down here in New Orleans. At one time we had about 12 interested "members" and we had about 4 or 5 meetings. The white Cruiser on the left of the above picture was drowned in the Broadmoor area of N.O. during Katrina but the owner, John is planning on rebuilding it. I will do my best to scrounge up some of our old members to see if anyone is interested. Unfortunately, quite a few people moved away after the storm and I lost touch. I hope to make it to some of the meetings but I'll probably take my Tacoma instead of the 40. If anyone is in the area give me a shout. Hi Armond and Ricardo, nice to hear from y'all again. By the way, are there any dues to join? If so, who do I send them to? Thanks again for the welcome.
Rick Dietz
