When I accelerate at any speed in any gear under 2k rpm’s it makes this weird chopping sound coming from the front of the car. It was quite hard to find anything online about this being hard to describe but I appreciate any knowledge or insight you guys might have on it, I apologize for the wind lol

For tracking down noises, having another set of ears outside the vehicle to determine where its coming from left/right/front/back/middle/outer.
It's hard for me to tell from that video, but does it seem engine OR drivetrain related?
Does it do this when in park or neutral and giving it gas?

You need to diagnose with car no moving first..like Dirt J mentioned above....
- Does this noise happen consistently at 2k RPM or does it only happen sometimes? If it happens all the time, it will be easy to track down . If it only happens sometimes it will be a bit harder...
- Does the noise go away when you climb in RPMS
- Is the engine quiet/running good at idle?
- any recent work done?
- Park car, pop open the hood, and rev engine to 2k or whatever it takes to try and re-create the noise
>> If you hear the noise, you can eliminate anything drivetrain related
>> if you don't hear the noise, then you have something going on with drivetrain / tires / etc. and it will be a bit tricker to narrow down. May need to get it on a lift.. or maybe get a little go pro camera mounted down there to look around while driving.

Do you know what an exhaust leak would sound like? The video makes it hard to tell but I wonder if you are just farting out some exhaust?
At first I didn't think so, it sounded more like something contacting something else....but right at the end of the video (38 seconds) it just sounds like an exhaust leak

In neutral it sounds great when revved and I can only get it to chop like that when accelerating in drive and reverse, haven’t had much time to dig deeper but I thought it might be a exhaust leak to until I revved in in neutral. I will continue to depict where it’s coming from but if anyone’s had a sound like this I’d love to hear your story
