Happy to hear that. I guess North American part numbers may differ from the general market ??? Please post the part numbers when you get it. Thanks.

Sorry not to hijack but I haven't driven my 70 in a few months.. Yes. I know, bad owner. I've just been having too much fun with a 64 fj40. Now I hop in the 70 and fire her up for a trip around the block. I push in the clutch and the damn thing went soft on me. Broken. I pop the hood, check the master, it passes my backyard mechanic skils ;) crawl under the truck to see if i'm leaking at the slave. NADA. I check the master again and pull the vac line to see how much i'm getting. Seems to work ok.

OK.. WTF  I'll see how bad it is shifting. Pull out of the driveway and things seem fine. Thinking of Alex I pull out of the neighborhood and away I go.

There are no problems. That's how a vacuum assist clutch is supposed to feel.
   ;p

I hope you get the brake assist back alex.

Hi Alex,
if it is any help, the clutch booster on a LHD 1984 HJ60 is identical to the one of a 1985 BJ70.
Regards,
Jan

Don't we get spoiled with 70 series clutch booster, don't we!!!!!!!!

But, its not to bad without it for a couple of days either.
