Webber carb on a 20R head vacuum hose video

I hope this will help you connect the vacuum hoses correctly on your webber carb.

I dont know if the Webber for the 20R is the same as the 22R, but I think it is very likley.

photo bucket trimmed my video to under 5 mins. it was actually just over 5 mins.

In the last part, i looked for the last hose on the temperature valve, I said " and we got ome more hose, I think..." but there is no remaing hoses there that I didnt already cover.

i kno this thread is old, but i have recently purchased a 1983 toyota pickup, it has a 22R and the PO put a weber 32/36 on it . He told me he had just bolted it up adjusted the idle , and removed the egr pipe that goes from the exhaust manifold around the back of the head. He then welded shut the holes that go into the exhaust manifold . I wanted to view the video that was posted but when i click the link it says i need a password to view the album . I was curious what can and cant be removed while running this carb and where to route the remaining vacuum hoses .

Bummer... I wanted to see the video.

I run the 32/36 on a 22R
- One vac line to the distributor.
- EGR block off plate
- Various and sundry block intake manifold plugs
- Forward canister delete
- Headman header w/egr port delete
- 21 mpg
- Runs great... down hill

thanks i noticed today my truck had a vac line hooked to the advance port of the carb going to nothing haha.
the truck was still running fine thou , i hooked it to the top diaphragm on the distributor i think thats the primary advance ?
every thing else is such a mess under there i dont kno whats hooked up right, but it starts and runs runs fine other than the rattle in the bottom end wen i first crank it and the choke kicks on .
