Would be a total fluke if it happened 2 years in a row.

Based on the coordinates and Google Earth, this is the hill they rolled on. Long down hill tightening into an uphill turn - definitely a likely spot for a roll. :frown:

Is that where Kevin and Brett rolled or where Tracy Jordan rolled in 06?

Sure don't look like 1k ft!

Todd,

have you talked to Kevin?

I am really bummed for those guys. They worked really hard and were up against some tough competion and terrain. They have my respect and I hope the injuries are minor.

Damn, this just sucks! I shoulda been there. Was asked to help Kevin and his team out very early on in this endeavor and the logistics just didn't work for me. Now more than ever I wish I had found a way to be there to help out.

that's good news !!!

Todd and all,

thanks for all the news!

Can't wait for the full details here and in the next TT from Kevin and the gang. Todd, please expedite that one! :D

Expedite Kevin. Hmmm....

He was burning the candle on both ends and sent me the rest of the build article on Saturday before they left. He's a man of his word, I'll say that much. Very committed to what he says he'll deliver.

Glad Kevin is alright. Hope driver #3 recovers quick and completely.

Kevin reports that all is well, events are being blown out of proportion by the media and that the driver is out of the ICU and is just a little banged up.
