I reconfigured my rear carrier from holding two gas can to two gas cans and a water can. i found this reasonably priced holder at 4Wheel parts with free shipping.

I wanted the water in the can to be easily retrieved and found this brass tap. An Igloo spout was $9.49 and the brass tap was $12.95 and more useful.

A couple of cuts in the carrier and I have a easy to use water dispenser. I capped off the tap with a garden house cape.

How do you plan to keep the dust and mud out of it?
I saw this on the interwebs, its called a Faucet Beanie

This is what the tap looks like after 10 days of driving off-road in Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park. I just use the simple cap on the nozzle to keep that clean.
