The owner has the land listed for sale at $1.4 million. There might be a buyer for it that would turn it into hunting property according to hear say. This weekend may 18/19 might be the last weekend for wheeling there.

If it does close for wheeling I will surely miss the place as it has been my nemissis as far as breakage and staying upright. I bought my fist lottery ticket in 20 something years to potentially buy the place (good buisness plan, right).

Noooooooo.....I love that place. About the same distance away as Badlands but MUCH more fun. Your plan sounds like a good idea to me, I'll do the same.
