I don't know if anyone has checked out the FEET PER MINUTE line speed on the warn M8000 compared to the warn 8274 but it brakes down like this:

Pull Load..........................Warn M8000.........................Warn 8274
no load..................................42 fpm..............................73.4 fpm
2000lbs..................................16 fpm..............................22 fpm
4000lbs..................................11.9 fpm...........................12 fpm
6000lbs..................................9.79 fpm...........................9.5 fpm
8000lbs..................................8.01 fpm...........................6.1 fpm

At 4000lbs the M8000 is just .1 fpm slower (almost tied) and at 6000lbs it's faster and it's almost 2 fpm faster than the 8274 at 8000lbs.

I think the M8000 is a great bang for your buck! The 8274 is $1100 and the M8000 is over $600.

Mine is brand new STILL IN THE BOX. It comes with roller fair lead and 100 feet of cable, 12" remote ect.

Actually 4wheel parts had there sale last week and were selling these to the tune of 495 shipped!! I called them and they told me to wait another week and they will have another sale for near that amount.. so i'm wating!!
