because my wallet hurts, just payed(today) $10k for my new drainfield, $12K by the end of the year for my office fee's, xmas(don't think she will go for another bull bar, its gonna be diamonds), lifting the 100, need another M4A3 or two, got $500 in OEM parts at the dealer I got to pick up thursday and Connie is going in for a shoulder operation..........need I go on? ;) yeah Dec is like a 30K month :(

I do not know why it would not. I have installed 10 and 12K Warn winches in the 60 series bars, and installed this style winch in a couple 4runner ARB bumpers and a tacoma bumper...

What is the footprint measurement?

I have an old 20910 8K that I wouldn't mind upgrading from.
 
The foot print from Warn's site is 10 inches by 4.5 inches, the same as the Warn M12000 I have on my 80. It also appears that Warn has discontinued the HS9500 and has one that looks the same called the 9500XD. Tempting!!!!

Remember, mine is burried inside my one-off Stout Equipment bumper. I gotta go measure.........:mad:
 
XD has a bigger motor(4.6 vrs 6hp) and a few other do dads, but nothing to special....besides $300+ ;)

If this thing fits Dan.........get it!
