I have an 8274 completely rebuilt with new wiring throughout (between motor and contactor), Albright contactor, new solenoid cover, new connector receptacle, new decals, new hardware throughout (bearings and fasteners), brake maintenance kit, and new drum support end cap . I have bought 2 of Mark's restored 8274s. Beautifully restored and perfectly functional out of the box. Highly recommended along with his battery cables.

@Fourrunner if I wanted to spool synthetic line on this winch would that be an issue?

For sure! Not sure the length you can use, but you can install synthetic line. You’ll need a different style fairlead than what is used with steel cable.
