WANTED: HZJ73 Land Cruiser

Hi. I am looking to purchase a hzj73 Land Cruiser. I am flexible on the options but it must be an automatic and have lower than 200km's. Preferably in stock form but I'm open to just about anything. I live in Victoria BC and have cash in hand ready to buy the right truck. Thanks for looking! Ih8mud rules!!

I almost never see well priced low km HZJ73's for sale anymore. Your best bet is an importer (like cruiserpilot said). I've also dealt with Barry, and he is a great guy indeed. I was very impressed with him. A lot of the other importers are great too.

Ill contact him. Thanks. I was interested in the BJ74. I test drove a low km one but I decided to wait for a hzj73. I like the fact that parts are more readily available for it

I couldn't find a for sale section so I just posted it here. Any chance a moderator could move it for me? Thanks for pointing me to Barry. I have somebody on the hunt right now but I just wanted to expand my search to improve my chances of getting my dream truck

Yeah, different engine too. Lots of positives of the HZ motor. Problem now, if you go through the US, dollar is gonna kill you, plus taxes.

Ya I waited too long to jump on the Land Cruiser wagon. I plan to buy it in Canada anyway so hopefully it doesn't cost too much

I called Barry last night. He sounds like a nice guy and he definitely knew a lot about Land Cruisers. We're gonna send him a $1,000 deposit to start the search. The deposit is refundable if we find a truck elsewhere or we change our minds. I feel like a kid waiting for Xmas!!

Thanks for the offer and I might get back to you but I'm trying to hold out for an hzj73 with about half the number of km's yours has even though yours is very nice and has factory e-lockers to boot!

Sorry about that. I miss read your post to mean <200,000km and not <200km. Good luck with your search then!
