I certainly wish you luck however there appears to be 2 types of FJ/HJ45 pickups out there......the $5,000 clunker or the $30,000
show piece but not much in between. .....1978HJ45 (pickup)

You are totally right. But you never know.....They are for sure all overpriced, and there might be one not too bad and not to shiny.

i sold this fj45 1978 cdn specs lwb truck 2 years ago to this gentleman body needs to be redone but frame in excellent shap. if you want i can inquier for you let me know.....the guy is from quebec canada and speaks french.....so am i !email me or pm

Have you considered expanding your search to include the HJ45/47 pickup? They are by no means plentiful but there are a few around. ..............1978HJ45
