well, after almost a year of waiting for brian to get my hubs done and I still have nothing. I have emailed and called brian and asked him to either send my hubs back or get them done and send them to me. It is always a different excuse everytime and my patience has run out. I now have not gotten any communication from Brian whatsoever and am out a perfectly good used set of aisin hubs for my fj55 resto as I don't ever think I will see them again.
Brian, if you have an ounce of credibility speak up and let's work this out. I have been more than reasonable with you but am fed up at this point.
I am not the guy you wan to screw on this. I will find a path of recourse to get my hubs back or the $ back to buy a new used set of hubs.
Enough is enough.

Brian,
I am giving you one week to communicate with me on whether you are going to send me my old hubs back OR just finish the job of restoring them and send them back to me. I am at the end of my rope with patience with you and your business practices. This has gone on way too long. I am amazed as to why I was not included in the last batch of restored hubs you recently sent out. At this point there really is no valid excuse as to why my hubs have not been finished. I either want my old good used hubs (with both the bad and good dial I sent you) back OR a complete set of restored hubs (which I will be happy to pay you for your work).
If I don't hear from you in a week I will be forced to find other means of recourse to get my parts back. If I don't get my hubs back, I will consider them stolen property and will advise the authorities of such.

well, finally got a response from Brian, he claims he does not have my property BUT is sending back my hubs? strange logic. We will see if I ever actually receive my hubs and if they are actually in good condition. I have instructed him to return the hub dial that he requested a month ago that I had george from valley hybrids send to him. I will report back. If this is deleted I will restart a thread in chat.
I caution anyone from doing business with Brian. In all my years I have never been treated so bad by a company. Looks like I am not the only one, some light reading for others below.

the list goes on and on, just google wabfab customer reviews, there is even a site dedicated to the many people this guy has screwed. I am sure though brian can switch up his logic to make everyone else wrong and him right. I will try to find the site and post it up.
and now his stellar customer service has informed me that I should stick stuff in my butt:

well, from the latest response Brian now won't even send back my hubs (even though he said they had already shipped, lol). So, if anyone has a good set of hubs for sale please pm me as I need to replace the ones STOLEN from Brian. I am done with this. Lesson learned, never do business with wabfab. I will post a part wanted add in the classifieds.

my previous experience with noah was less than stellar considering he never ordered anything, so i should have known better to entertain helping him. He emailed me on 4/26/11 and wanted to send me a set of aisin hubs for a customer to get them refurbished. I told him to order off the website as it has all the details. Clark ordered a refurbishment of his aisin hubs on 04/26/11 and apparently noah was doing some other work for him as the return shipping address was to him.
* this makes no sense. Your previous experience with me? I sent a customer to you to get hubs refurbished. How is that less than stellar. This is nonsense.
On 4/27/11 a class 5 tornado hit tuscaloosa. I informed noah on 4/28/11 that these would be delayed indefinitely as i had more important things to do obviously. Between 4/28/11 and 5/10/11 there was a barrage of emails from noah wanting to know when the hubs would be done, hubs that he never ordered, but clark did. I had had enough of noah so i emailed clark about the issue and he was more than understanding that i had more important things to deal with currently than a set of hubs. He had even flown over bryant-denny stadium during flight school. I finished clark’s hubs and shipped them out via ups 1z313r610395083020. Shortly after this noah started saying he was going to send me some of his aisin hubs to refurbish.
*yes, they were well done. And you sent them out, i was trying to help my customer get the hubs as it was the last thing we were waiting on. I was never rude or out of line.
Fast forward to 2012. Late february noah started asking me again about refurbishing a pair of aisin hubs for him. He mailed me some hubs but they sat at my shop until he paid on aug 1, 2012 when he sent me a paypal, as he never ordered off the website like a customer, but sent me an individual paypal. On aug 10, i tore his hubs apart as i work on things for customers in receipt of their order and since he never ordered anything off the website these were worked on when other aisin hubs were finished. I had a lot at the shop at the time so i took care of customers first. The hubs noah sent were dirty and in decent shape, but the internals were far from functional as required for a refurbishment as noted on the website, again where he never bothered to order from, parts were bent, busted and even a hub dial cracked. He never bothered to disclose any of the damage to the hubs. On sept 10 he wanted them finished and expedited shipping, so i cancelled his paypal, fully refunded his money and boxed the hubs up for return shipping. The hubs had been completely disassembled, degreased, cleaned, the old crappy paint blasted off, the bent parts fixed and reassembled with the busted hub dial. I then had to block noah on my personal facebook and my cell phone after another barrage of messages threatening me and ranting about his hubs.
*brian, this is total bull**** and you know it. Besides a cracked inner dial the hubs were in fine shape and worked great when i sent them to you. You are covering your ass with lies like usual. I never knew the internal hub dial was cracked as that is supposed to be your job to inspect them. This is an internal part so i would not of known. I sent you a good used internal hub dial that i procured from george at valley hybrids.
Noah then decided he wanted me to finish them, sent me another hub dial, but still never ordered off the website and never bothered to pay for the refurbishment of his aisins or the extra effort of fixing the less than functional aisin hubs he sent me, thus the hubs were never finished. After getting his threatening emails, copied above, i boxed up his hubs and the extra dial he had sent and shipped them back via usps label number: 9407 4036 9930 0003 7480 22 on oct 15, 2012.
*wrong. Here is where i helped you back from the ledge. You flipped out and childishly blocked me from all communication just because i wanted my damn hubs back or finished. Yes you refunded my initial money but i was waiting for you to ask for payment when the hubs were finally done. I was trying to end this amicably and get the transaction done. Once i realized you were just not capable or wiling to finish the job i just wanted to have my hubs back.
Noah is “that” guy. He wants above and beyond help and service, but wants it done on his schedule, on his terms, annoys the crap out of you to get it done and doesn’t want to bother paying for it. To date noah still has no order off the website, thus the reason he could not provide an order date nor an invoice number, nor has he paid for the work done to his aisin hubs.
*brian, it seems every customer annoys you in some fashion. If others don't believe me just google "wabfab customer reviews" to see what i am talking about. Again, you cover your lies with more lies and the spiderweb grows. I am not the only customer you have had problems with. I guess some people simply cannot learn from their experiences. Your comments on never paying you are just ridiculous brian, i promptly paid the initial hub refurbishing fee. I only confronted you on the payment as the time limit to contest the payment via paypal was coming due and i did not want to be out the $ i had sent you. I paid for the services, i have no idea what you are saying about the website, you are just being silly as usual.
Brian, i will do everything i can to make sure you never sell another thing here.
