I've seen posts re: using VW wipers. Is that just the blades or are there VW wiper arms that will work on an FJ. Mine's a '74.

I tried that and didn’t like the look. So I pulled the springs out and used those to tension my original arms. Been working great for years. I included a comparison photo in the thread below.
