Does the 13bt have VSV to up the revs at for the power assisted steering, I think my steering is a little heavy, but more sure , so I'm starting to investigate ??

I do not have that feature on mine. The only idle-up on mine (that I can see/ have found) is for the A/C compressor.

Yes that's what I'm thinking, can you turn your steering wheel/ big rubber lock to lock while stationary without thinking your doing damage ??

You would have a vac switch like this on your power steering pump.
