Not to my knowledge. Two options come to mind. Later speedo clusters have them to trip emissions, two tabs on top. Which will give you three things. Internal turn signals in cluster instead of the two green bulbs on the dash, and newer speedometer cable that clips on. Second choice is one that screws onto tcase. Jtr jags that run has one I used in my 62 with a tbi engine. Or marlin and others sell them from later toyota applications just not sure you can reconnect a speedometer cable. The stock 62 has one built into the speedometer as well. The stock harness on the 62 is green/black strip which then grounds. Same function on 40 harness. One side from computer one to ground.

Speedo connection is one reason I changed. Old style screw in nla and not long enough. And usage of cel and alt charge indicator. Wanted stockish look but not stock if that makes sense

^^ Exactly how I feel. I may need to go that route once I get there. Definitely going to use the old style indicator lights, but thought I might find 2 and add them. A red for alt and amber (if they exist) for CEL. I was thinking I probably need the short AA speedo extension to fit the JTR VSS anyway so that might solve the length issue.

Any idea if there's an AMP gauge that would work in the cluster? Maybe from a very late FJ40?

I changed to volt meter. The 62 alternator would probably fry the amp meter. Not in front of the 62 cluster right now to remember if it was volt or amps. Did have to research excite wire and think I can find that somewhere. Recall it came from alt indicator light. So not really an answer, but more to ponder.

Will the '69ish speed sensor work? It's inline on the speedo cable, hangs from the side of the t case.
