My wife bought this truck 6 months ago. I’ve replaced the brakes and rotors, both front CV’s, new spark plugs, all 4 O2 sensors, air filter and serpentine belt, a new starter, and the worst job of all….the Hvac blend motor in the dash( God help you if you have to tackle that)
I also replaced the charcoal filter assembly because she kept getting a fault code for the pump. I replaced with another used pump and so far no more CEL.
I also replaced front d/s fender.
Tires are Cooper Adventurer A/T 285/70(4 of them) on some FJ wheels I got from a kid who Plasticoted them.
It still needs a full size spare.
I still have the originals that have that Toyota corrosion.
My wife has discovered that she does not enjoy driving a manual trans as much as she thought she would but the clam shell rear doors are also kind of a killer for loading her dogs in/out.
It's a great running little truck and I have actually driven it a bunch and like it.
$12,500 or best offer
Truck is in Central Virginia (30 minutes away from Charlottesville or Harrisonburg)
I also posted this on fjcruisers
I will try to get some pics posted. I'm not really a Toyota guy but have visited here from time to time...
