I believe he was just touching the wall - must admit it was a pretty strange experience looking out the drivers side window and seeing nothing but dirt....but yeah agree it was a bonehead move and is why the spotters hands are gesturing "no" in the foreground - we all spontaneously yelled No! when he did that. 6x6 Pinz flopped onto his side there, and apparently a fairly large percentage of rigs do just that attempting the Crack. I must say it was exhilarating, and funny to find mud on my roof mounted shovel. Just a couple scratches to buff out as I'd preemptively folded side mirrors in :)

I did that trail the first time I was up there and scraped the side of my truck pretty good. I didn’t know it was known as “The Crack”. It is odd looking out your window and just seeing a dirt wall!
I loved that trail!
 
Cool - very memorable experience, wasn't it? Yeah its a great trail and I believe GPS said its in Plymouth. Next time I want to go UP it lol Imagine you did Chatteguey and Agony Hill? Two other fun ones:
