VDJ Black Interior

So does that mean than that the part number is actually for the 200 series? Meaning, there is a black steering wheel which will fit the VDJ78, from a 200 series, but there is not an actual VDJ78 wheel available in black? Since the center is not available in black. Just to prevent confusion.

The part is the same but the black color is specific to the 200 series. There are several different 200 series "center horn" in black for the 200, some fancy with buttons but the Standard trim models are similar to the 78 series... but not exact. Very likely compatible though.

I found a steering wheel for a 200 via Yahoo.jp Auction when I was searching for Land Cruiser 70 series used parts. I have no idea why it was listed in the 70 series area of the auction, but in looking at it and comparing mine, they seem identical. It also came with a black airbag for about $350. I was considering purchasing it.

The problem with trying to find parts on PartsouQ, etc., is the lack of photos. I'll see if I can find some black parts by using CO. I had my dealer look into grey parts and he can order and have them sent directly to me. That saves a lot on shipping from the Middle East. Megazip will not ship within Japan.

This is just a quick search via PartsouQ. One could spend hours trying to figure out which model has certain parts and in certain colors. And then have to figure out if they would fit my truck, for example.

Even my dealer, who has access to Toyota's parts has trouble trying to figure things out. It is all based on the VIN #.

I had him do a search for the same part in grey for my truck and he can order it. I suppose I could slowly change the interior to grey. I may go that route because it's going to be expensive to do outright.
