I used the AC delco 215-153 for GM in October as the VC 120 was not available, similar application. I had to modify the mount to prevent the mounting bracket from rubbing the wire harness to the fuse panel. It required minor dremmel work and rotating one of the loop mounts on the bracket to change the location of the bolts to not interfere with the harness as well. Others simply did not use one of the loop mounts but it only took about 20 minutes to modify the bracket. The reason is this unit is a bit larger diameter, also had to buy 2 longer mounting bolts from Home depot to accommodate the wider spread on the 2 bands on the bracket. So far so good, no vaccum or fuel vapor problems or odor. The summer fuel and heat will tell if it solved my problem, but initially successful as others have reported.

I will check mine for harness clearance. I pillaged one longer bolt from my collection but used a zip tie on the lower mount for temporary service.
