Hello All,

I'm looking at getting back into a Cruiser again. I've owned a few 80's and 70's but never a 40 series. I'm looking for a project diesel truck. I'll take an in progress project or one that is rusted out where I can replace the body with an Aqualu body. BC registration would be preferable and a solid frame a must. My goal is to build a turbo 3B, Five speed 40 series. I'm open to a whole spectrum from rusty to close complete. John and I in Southern Alberta are already talking but I have a daughter who fancies herself driving one as well so we'll see what this thread shakes loose.

i have A 1984 BJ42 mostly complete but entirely in pieces. It has a BC title .
the known missing pieces are the Aqualu tub, rear seats and front fenders.
the Powertrain is mounted on a frame from Aqualu and it comes with its repairable original frame.
There is another guy on BAT asking about it right now, First one with $8,500 gets it.

I ended up making a deal with John and buying his 42 out of Southern Alberta so the hunt is off.
