A guy I met in the woods on a snow run let me borrow them to air down. All I had to do was screw them on and drive and they stopped at like 10 psi.
Google Staun Tire Deflators.
They are cool but the set I have is very tempermental. You get a speck of dirt in there and they don't shut off! I have since moved to an Accu-Gauge EZ-Deflator (same as ARB or Currie, just cheaper) and I love it. So much faster and more dependable.

I've aired down Creepers tires with his deflator and it works great! 
The one I have I made out of a 12 inch piece of air line with a tee on one end and hooked to the tee is a 0-60 psi gauge and an air blow off tool on the other end of the air hose is a quick connect tire inflator. Lock the inflator on and it reads pressure in the gauge from the tire push the handle down and it deflates until u release and check pressure again. cost me six bucks to make I made 5 for me and the guys I wheel with works great
Trail head deflators. Look em up. Pretty sweet bc they air down while you drive. I hope to be picking up a set soon.
