I have and 84 FJ60 with the stock 2f engine. I was replacing some of the defective vacuum lines and I managed to break some of the parts in the proccess. Here are the parts I need. If someone has them new let me know.
1) in front of the engine there are two thermal vacuum switches that mount under the thermostate housing. I need the lower switch
2) under the passanger side of the air cleaner housing there is a small white canaster that is about the size of the fuel filter. It has about 3 or 4 vacuum lines runing to it and it is white.
3) on the driver side fender there is a canister with 4 vacuum lines running to it. I have no idea what it is for but it is tucked under the resevoir for the front headlight squirts.
4) also the motor for the manifold cooling fan is burned out. I could use a good replacment.
5) I could also use a replacment cover for the fuse box.
My question is with the distributor. I recently replaced the cap and rotor and when I was installing the new rotor I was noticing a lot of play. Basically with the rotor on I could move it back and forth about 20 degrees. I've never seen that much play and I was wondering if that is normal. By the way the truck has 265k on the origonal engine. The engine doesn't run very well right now but I think that has more to do with the broken vacuum parts.
