Still in for 5, and we'll bring some cookies and some kid drinks (capri-sun, etc).

Wow, 20 years sure does go by quickly! Henry Cox, UC's first president when it formed back in 1997, has offered up to host this gathering on his farm. I believe that we will get some more "old-timers" to come out and join us regardless if they still have a Cruiser or not! Plenty of space for kids to run around, etc. and to line up our LC's for photo's.

Farm Address: 112 Walnut Drive, Tamassee, SC 29686 Its off Hwy 11, then Cheohee Valley Rd. and then Tamassee Knob Rd. Looks to be just over an hour from downtown Greenville, SC

Bring camp chairs!

Looking for a final head count for Saturday. To make it easier, I am getting Chick-fil-A Sandwiches as the main course to pick up before heading to the farm!

Need more sign ups for side dishes, desserts and drinks! If you have cornhole boards or any fun outdoor games, bring them!
Bring serving utensils with your side dishes and if you have a folding table it would be great to have more.

Also, does anyone have a mini PA system or a microphone that can plug into a speaker?

Just returned from visiting Henry at the farm and it's a great setup! Note that you will turn right onto Cheohee Valley Road off Hwy 11 (if you are coming from Greenville) at the small strip center that has Habaneros Mexican Grill & have a sign for a Convenience Store.
Turn off Hwy 11.webp

You will then take an immediate left onto Tamassee Knob Rd for about .6 miles and then turn right onto Walnut Rd which immediately becomes a gravel road. Henry's place is about .2 of a mile on the left, here is what you are looking for:

The gathering spot for food and fellowship is at the back of the property so if you have stuff to unload, pull on down to where you see this and after unloading there is parking in several fields nearby. We will want to get all the vehicles up top to the grassy field for a photo but that flat fiield is also a perfect spot for a killer game of whiffle ball! Anyone have a whiffle bat and ball(s) handy and can bring?

Here is a shot of the "hangout" area: There is an outhouse with toilet paper and wipes. Henry has electricity and running water on site as well.

NOTE: Highly recommend that you and your children have closed toe shoes on! There are lots of stumps & sticks in the woods!

Remember to bring camp chairs!

I will have name badges for each member with your name and MUD handle and we will have a raffle: Every member will get a ticket for attending and anyone may buy additional tickets for $5 each. I expect to have quite a few renewals on site as some of you are out of date!

Raffle prizes will include:
a much sought after envirocooler!
TJM Recovery Kit
Chick-fil-A Coupon for Free Food
oobe & Wolverine apparel
Upstate Cruisers Hat
And more!

I will bring mac and cheese

What do you need me to bring?
A side dish, camp chairs and tables if you have them. I think between the club awning and my pop up we should be good.

Henry has said it's fine if you want to bring some adult beverages to consume.........
