I have just got a surprise: Amazon has authorized the return of defective pads regardless of the fact that I have placed my order with them on September 2014 and their standard return policy is only 30 days. They seem to be prioritizing long-term relationship over immediate profit. What can I say folks? They won my loyalty.

I would contact the company who's name is on the box, they look to be defective but they also may be counterfeit and the company would want to know that. They will probably send you a genuine replacement set or two for free.
