Thought I would share my universal roof rack mount with the community.
This is an RV hitch that I mounted on my Sherpa roof rack using 5/16 SS hardware. the bolts that came with the hitch are too long for this application. I used high density foam strips between the hitch plates and the aluminum crossbar to eliminate metal on metal contact.
I mainly thought of this to mount my WaterPort without using special brackets and it can be used to mount other hitch accessories like my single bicycle hitch mount.
This is the one I got and it seams like great quality:

It could theoretically hold 200LBs but I wouldn't put more that 50-70 LBs how it setup like that.
