I made them. Was on a serious budget to. I got the cheapo harbor freight tube bender for around $80 and just started bending. There was a definate learning curve and I wasted quite a bit of tubing at the beginning, but I eventually got it figured out. Here's the build threads I made for them. If you want any of the CAD files just let me know.

Thanks for the links! Definitely would love to have the CAD files, if nothing else but to use them as a starting template.
Also - do you have any of the cupholders that have the extra room for a cellphone etc available?

So it looks like I will be getting another printer. What i need to know is if there is still interest in any of the TEQ or "80" badges. I have a few of every style in stock with an FJ40 specific one getting ready to come out; but I want to get an idea of how many more I should make. That will give me an idea of how I want to use the new printer. So if there is a certain style you are thinking about purchasing then let me know through a PM/conversation or you can just post that on this thread. You aren't committing to buy anything. This is just a simple poll. If I only need to make a few more of some of the designs then I can just delegate that task to my old printer but if there is a LOT of interest then I may need to use my new printer to meet that demand before I move on to new projects.

Thanks for posting that. It looks great. I am right in the middle of making a large batch of those for the FJ40 guys. I have had quite a few requests from the FJ40 guys for that. I got the print perfected over the weekend and am now just cranking out as many as I can in one week. I hope to have these up on ETSY by this weekend. I am making a batch of the red/silver but I am going to start a thread in the 40 section to see if there would be any interest in the black/silver option as well.
I just got my grill back last week from powder coating, looks brand new and now it's bullet proof.

I didn't even know that existed. What is supposed to go there? If you send me the inside major and minor diameter of that oval, I'm sure I could make one rather easy. Do you think there is enough guys/interest to make this worth my time? If I could get 10 guys that were interested, I could at least break even on the project at $25-30 a piece.

A little heads up; I'm heading out of town early tomorrow morning for some camping and wheelin. I will not be back until late Sunday night. If anyone was considering an emblem or cup holder purchase they need to order it today so I can ship it later this afternoon or in the AM as I head out of town. If you decide to wait or put in an order this weekend; I will not be able to ship anything out until Monday morning.

I think there is a decal that goes there and says "4x4". I will have the measurements waiting for you upon your return from the weekend trip. It would be hard to say how many would be interested. There are only 3 others I know about in my geographic location. You might post in the FJ45 forum section to get a better picture of the interest in your product. Have a great trip!

I will test the waters when I return. If I can get around 10 guys interested then it might at least be a break even project. Just shoot me a pm once you get those measurements.

I got the FJ45 tailgate badge prototyped today. It turned out nice, but I don't know about fitment. It will get shipped out tomorrow to Michael so he can verifty fitment. We will get them dialed in and hopefully have a batch (if there is interest) up on etsy in a couple weeks.

Hey guys, check this out! I FINALLY got my website in place. It's less then 24 hours old and is a LONG ways from being done, but I at least got something up and now own the domain name. Finally on my way to being a legitimate vendor. I will have qute a few more products up by the end of the week. ETSY will be going by by soon. I'm sick of all of those fees. They have killed my profit.

Well that sucked!! My website crashed right after I posted the last link. I have no idea why, and since I'm totally green at the website development thing, it may take me a while to figure this one out. Sorry about that. I will do my best to get it back up tomorrow. I guess that would be called "epic fail" for my first attemp at web design. Let's try this again.
