Looks like it has had AC and PS added too. Hard to say how much rust exactly but agreed doesn’t look bad for the price.

Yep, agreed. NA 82’s are hard to come by. Work that needs done and parts needed don’t look too bad (from the add). Price seems a fair and respectable 40 owner ask.
