Steering wheel- I am starting to offer a new product, newly recovered wheels. They are nice, not a cheapo cover. Best way to be notified of these updates is to subscribe to the website emails.
For the rest, short answer is nope, Toyota leather sucks. But if you want to confirm yourself, go to the album on post #1

I have one bezel , it’s on the site. I don’t cut harnesses though.
My 98 has this same control. Not non-US spec. My rear controls are not on the ceiling, they're in the center console rear above the cupholder.
