Thanks Yan,
Small update, things have been still progressing, but a lot slower then I'd like.
I was looking into the Dakota replacement gauges and sorted an order via email, but got stuffed around when my mate in the USA was ringing them to try and pay

Turned out for the better but, as I got onto some brand new Factory Gauge clusters for sale from "Akella" and now have one on the way.

I had a few stock bumpers lying around, but all of them needed lots of work before they would be nice enough to fit. Ended up getting the same guys that folded up the styleside to make a copy of the bumper for me, came out perfect. Top on bottom outside edges had to be welded on and ground smooth which brooksy sorted for me.
Custom radiator is underway at the moment by Mark at Nambour Radiators. I've fitted the wider radiator mount (approx. 50mm) found in later model 40 series which had aircon fitted from the factory then went with a copper/brass radiator with a custom core. Is a 4 row, but fins are spaced out a little more to allow more airflow. They are confident I will have no cool issues with the turbo 2h.
With the power steering pump fitted to the 2h, the room for the 2h engine fan is extremely tight with the radiator. Guys have made them work, but I didn't want to risk munching a expensive radiator when flexed up, so went with a SPAL thermo fan and a Tridon temp switch to turn it on and off as needed.
Turns on at 90 degrees and off at 85 degrees
Lastly, had to put the front panels on to check clearances with the radiator.
Hoping to get some good time on it over the xmas break and have it finally back on the road in Jan.
