I pulled my hubs of my 72 fj 40, driver's side was jammed in free. Only thing I could really find wrong was the springs were absolutley mangled and twisted. After a dozen trips through the ultrasonic cleaner the pins that the springs go through, freed up enough to rotate get it kinda straighten out the spring. Is there anywhere to get new springs or does someone know the spec for the spring? Is there any trick to installing new springs?

I didn't see any parts on Warn's site. Those look riveted in place. You will need to drill them off and re-rivet the replacement in place.
Big box stores and places like Ace Hardware have spring assortments you can look at in person. Amoron has lots spring, so does Ebut but you need to know how to find what you are looking for. Its a coil spring for pushing, has a wire diameter and spacing plus a spring force, length and the tab ends.

Just take a good pair of small needle nose and regular pliers and preform some chiropractic adjustment to get them into better alignment.

I came up with a lazy way to recondition my warn hub springs. Basically once I got the rivets cleaned out enough to pass an Allen key through, I put one through each rivet and compressed them with a couple zip ties around the gear and plate. Put them into the warm ultrasonic cleaner and kept hitting clean for about 2 weeks everytime I walked by. And here's what I got
