This may be old hat for most but I can’t find much on the way I believe this issue is solved…. when bulbs are not blown.
Inside the bulb connector there is a small tab that is supposed to touch the bulb. Bulb will flash rapidly with bad contact.
Just bend the tab toward the bulb. BAM!
