Tuning Up 3FE

Anyone know somewhere around the city where I can my FJ62 tuned up properly? My mechanic is a great guy and all around mechanic, but I think he's missing a couple things only guys with Yota blood would pick up on. Would do it my self, but I'm poor and live in Brooklyn, (no garage, tool storage, etc...). Wondering if anyone within the 5 boros or close could hook me up.

What do you mean by tuned up properly? What's wrong?

The only things that you'll need for a basic tune are just replaceable parts. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve and grommet. Valve adjust gets a bit more complex. There are other items that will effect the way it performs like EGR valve condition, vacuum line condition, etc.

Give some more details.
