Trying to help....problem solved......YESSSS

This is a kind of a long shot and probably not posted in the right section but I want to give it a try.
One of the members of the Dutch Landcruiserclub is updating his cruiser.
Needed some difficult to get parts and finally found them in the USA.

So he ordered those parts and payed for them several weeks ago.
But still no parts. When he inquired they said they had problems shipping them. He then arranged shipment through a door to door service himself.
However, still no parts. When he gets in contact with them they have all kind of stories, but still no parts.
He now is trying to find out more about this company and asked for help on the Dutch Landcruiserclub forum and that is why I am asking here.....

Does anyone know that company and if so, what can you say about them?

Thanks for your effort.
I'll have to wait and see what happens.
It's not my intention to bash on TPI, certainly not. All I want is to help my fellow member who has payed for parts he still has not received. It is possible all is just a misunderstanding, but because he obviously ran out of idea's and asked for help I thought I might ask over here and you are the first one to respond, hopefully there is a followup by Bob.

Larry,
Have not had any contact with Bob, but got informed about half an hour ago that the guy who asked for help received an email out of the blue from TPI that the ordered parts were ready for shipment and waiting for a pick up.
So hopefully his problems are over.
Don't know or Bob has read your posting on STLCA and made him think or that it's just a coincidence (hmmmmm)
Whatever....thanks for posting the message and hopefully the parts will arrive soon.

Well it looks as if there will be a happy end to this story.
There was a posting on the Dutch Landcruiserclub forum that there had been an issue about a missing invoice that should have been made available by TPI and attached to the package with parts but now that has been solved and the guy received a message from the carrier that next week Tuesday the parts will arrive in the Netherlands.

Happy ending....
It took two days longer than expected but the so badly needed parts finally arrived and are looking good.
